| So, I limped the Z down to a local car show today at Circuit City. It was super lame, but eh, it was nice to get the Z out, especially since it can only be driven a few miles without smoking horribly from the turbo's. Pics:

Story of my car:
Winter, did the twinturbo conversion. Within 2 weeks, the motor was done from the overheating issues, which eventually pointed to a headgasket which was blown when i got the motor. I was not told of the blown headgasket, and do not believe that it could have been honestly driven without it being known. Pulled that motor, used the Turbo components, and built a High compression TT motor utilizing the NA long block. Battled with oil pressure problem for months, only to end up dropping the crossmember and removing the oil pan to beat out a dent which was the problem. Got the car up and running perfect, 500 mile breakin period with the new clutch, then started to boost. The car feels absolutely amazing, just as everyone would expect. Solid, low end torque, and quick spoolup due to the high compression. The more I boosted though, the more I realized that the car was increasingly starting to smoke. It was blue smoke, and only on deceleration....which means turbo's. The car boosts perfect, and holds boost steady. The intake pipes do not even have any oil in them, but clearly the exhaust housing oil seals are shot. So, now the car sits again, untill I can come up with 2k for turbos and other new parts that are needed, as well as a month to work on it, a place to work on it, and the stamina to pull my motor for the third time. As some of you may have seen, I posted it up for sale the other week, only to quickly realize that its the only thing that makes me happy, and to sell it would only make things more miserable.
