"I think the β90 NA is the version that is most different then all others. My car already had pre drilled holes for the A/C condenser and half of the intercooler piping already had the holes drilled and tapped, or nut welded on the back side. The holes for the oil cooler bracket were already there also."
Likewise, my 90 NA also had the holes for the oil cooler bracket and the oil cooler hard lines, minus the actual nuts. I used tee-nuts to finish what Nissan started :) My 5spd conversion was easier than others have reported as well, the cover on the firewall was bolted (not spot-welded) in place and all the necessary holes were present for the clutch master (ie. bolted right up). It was like it started off on the assembly line as a TT 5spd but got diverted to the NA Auto line =D Slowly fixing that, should be dropping in the TT motor next weekend. I still have to swap over the upper and lower brackets for the intercooler piping, otherwise the nose section is just about done. I had a wrecked TT parts car so I was able to swap over the PS return line and A/C lines instead of modifying the NA versions. Congrats again on the swap, hopefully I'll be joining you in the next few weeks!
