Message	about an SRT-4 getting a larger turbo. I'm very confused. The SRT gained 95hp from the turbo (but it did have a new downpipe and wastegate) How does a car gain "peak horsepower" from a larger turbo, but running at the same boost? I understand it can give it a larger torque band and all, but how did it gain peak power?
