1. no difference in temps that my autometer temp guage can measure between louvered and stock panel, with my Howe rad.2. I have drivin in some frog stranglers and never had an issue, I have a single pop though. I suppose it could be an issue w/ doolz if the filters were right under the slits. 3. I have not had to engauge the Dec air function on my SAFCii because of stalling or backfiring. And when I dynoed I got numbers I am happy with, although I did not dyno with the stock panel too, to do an A/B comparison, sorry.
