I've read a ton of complaints about late orders, you not returning phone calls or emails, and when someone complains on the forum, you magically show up and start contacting everyone. Again, you can't explain away poor customer service. You offered him a discount after holding the part for over a year? You're lucky he didn't press charges for theft. That should be *free*.
