Message	Just 3 wingnuts hold the cap in place. You need these either way to mount the electronic ones. These serve as a base to mount them. Im debating whether to install the the electronic ones on, but I heard they go bad really quick and are a big hassle. Not to mention they probably wouldn't fit in my location.
