Bought a powder coated plenum from him. He did not "send it" for two weeks until after the check cleared. I waited two weeks from the time he said he sent it and still never received it. No tracking or confirmation number. Then when I spoke to him, he said he could drop everything and get one out in a few days. Its been more than a few days, and I have not received this second plenum. I emailed him twice and called him twice asking for him to send me confirmation numbers and or progress on the plenum, and have still not heard back. I am in the unfortunate situation that I had other parts sent him during this time for chroming, so I am in a bit of a predicament. I want my parts, and I want the plenum. I just am becoming frustrated with the customer service. No return emails or return phone calls.
