Message	The basic consumer stuff is blended dino, probably still good tho, but probably not as heat resistant as a full synthetic. I have read somewhere that the Mobile 1 synthetic will resist coking up to 400 degrees F, one of the higher burn points of all the synthetics. I don't know how true it is but I know a turbo gets very hot even glowing red - say 700 or 800 degrees and you are pumping oil through it you want the best full synthetic you can find.
