I want to give a "sincere" thank you to Ash from Ash-Spec for leaving his family and putting his business on hold to come to my home in Pa for close to 2 weeks to do a motor and turbo swap, dyno tune and a list of other things that we werent really planning on.
There is a million thing s he could be doing with his time including programming ecu's, producing his massive IC's and IC piping, engineering his electric water pump, dyno tuning, and working on his own car, not including spending time with his wife and son.
It should not have been that time consuming but as most of you know, once you get into it, you find more and more issues that have to be addressed and more and more parts which have to be ordered and shipped next day air, let alone allowing for a little party time.(ok alot of party time) :)
To make a long story short, He really is the most thorough and detailed person you could ever have work on your Z and when you work with him, it really puts a clear perspective on how the Z car should be done and the attention to detail that is required to make sure that every aspect of the car is up to par.
My dyno results on pump gas ended up at 438 rwhp at 425 ft lbs of tq and it is on a stock JDM motor from Arley at Speedline Group. The motor is perfect and so far, this is the fourth one from Speedline with no issues.(no, not fourth one for my Z) LOL
So, all and all, car is running great and I just wanted to say Thanks to my friend Ash for taking time away from his busy life to help me with my Z and just being an overall good friend.
