and i also ruined one headlight learning things in the process. I do not (!) recommend using the TSX projectors. Plain and simple, they're a very poor fit. There was much, MUCH trial and error, fitting and refitting, etc etc, and i'm still not done yet. The other retrofits I'm doing use ECE spec E46 (bmw 3-series) HID projectors, simply because they fit the headlight so much better. There is probably ten times (no joke) more fabrication/labor involved in the TSX lights than for the E46s. I'll be doing a writeup when I get time, i need to finish the jobs i'm doing for other people. You definitely need JDM headlights, a-spec ones won't work. It isn't cheap, or easy - parts will cost you about $650 (you can sell your stock lights afterward and make back $200). The ones i'm doing will be sold for $850 outright - which will include refurbished JDM headlights, E46 projectors, philips 4300K bulbs, Hella/philips G3 ballasts with integrated ignitors, ballast mounts, and a wiring harness so that they're plug and play. You can then sell your aspec lights if you choose for approx $200, so your (you being anyone here) total cost will be about $650 - about $200 more than a plug and play kit of similar quality. I'll also be doing an option for people who already have plug and play kits (everyone who has approached me so far has been someone who already has a PnP kit) for about $200 cheaper (essentially the same deal, but without the ballasts which are the most expensive part). I won't be doing many more of these, maybe two or three more sets, since they're so labor intensive and I'm short on time these days, and I can't charge exhorbitant amounts for them, since at some point it starts getting into jspec range. Then again, these are for RHD, and give equal or better performance imho. *shrug*
