Message age is irrelevant, who are apathetic, and believe themselves to be so wise, reveal their lack of wisdom by completely mis-assessing someone's age and education level just because they disagree with them.

I may not be forty something, but I was driving and paying for gas during the oil "crisis" leading up to and during the gulf war and every other over-hyped "crisis" since, the US has not experienced any crisis in supply since the 70's.

All hikes and consumer dissatisfaction since then has been primarily the result of oil business practices, they know what they are doing and are playing the market as any company would that has good business sense. It does not mean you have to play along if you feel they are overstepping thier bounds.

No one is telling you to ride a bike, no one is telling you to live in a log cabin and live off of corn and rabbits. The situation is SO simply remedied by a trend in people driving to the station across the street from the exxon station and buying the exact same gas from them instead.

But thats ok, you prefer to put people down and dismiss them while grossly misjudging and mislabelling who you are referring to. That is why you will continue to willingly be a patsy. I'll get my gas just the same as always, but I wont play into the game where the consumer is the one who gets too short the end of the stick.....and I dont have to lift a finger or do a single thing any differently than I normally do.

I dont have to dignify your comment by presenting you with my credentials or legitimize what I do or dont support with my age, I've slept through more "perspective" than you have likely taken in and truly understood.
