Message I am not sure on journal bearing turbos.

I would just let them warm up fully and take it easy for atleast the first 10 miles. Get the heat going through them before going wild.

NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
