Message	I sent it thru western union and only later came to realize that is about the worst possible way to send money unless your 100% sure about the other person because they don't offer any protection like paypal or credit cards which is why I have to now contact third parties. As far as paying him a personal visit I have thought about that but I'm going thru a few other options first. I'm basically going to be a hemorrhoid - which is to say I'll be a pain in his ass and he will regret it.
