Message	I would expect 100% total replacement cost. The car was totaled by the dealers negligence. My insurance policy covers 100% replacement of any item permently atached to the car as long as I have recipets I would expect no less from a dealership then what I pay for myself. Also you have the right to request lawyers fees and loss time and wages so if thay wanted to get bitchy I would shot the moon. The plain fact is negligence is crimnal and I dont see where they have munch room to squirm out of it. But as I am sure you know the law is what the judge makes it out to be so its anyones guess.
