| Well, I got tired of working on the Z in the tiny @$$ rental garage at my apartment complex 
So I decided to get a bigger garage, almost 600sq. ft.... (sorry for the dark pic, the electricity is not activated yet, but it's a pretty darn deep garage - probably more than 1/2 of an extra car length deeper than a standard 2 car garage - it's a little dirty and needs some work, but the potential is there)

 I guess there is an added Bonus cause this 2 car garage was attached to a pretty descent house. 
With a large rear yard all fenced in
 And a Jaccuzi never hurts....
I guess I need to throw a party now :-P
