he drills the rotors himself. but it is a very ghetto setup. I have, a few times, considered doing it myself. It would take a lot of work to do it perfectly. I dont know if you are supposed to drill straight through, or just one side at a time. If you have a drill press, then it wont be to hard. Just make a template, 12 holes spaced apart excactly the same. Then for each row just move it down and right till it looks right. Just make a template for both front and rear pair of rotors. If you can do it, scan the templates and post them on here, and I will do it too. good luck
