Message	Ultimate Z definately. The "new" place (they've been there for 4 years now) in Streamwood is much nicer- and has a better sprinkler system (!), but I don't think they would want to test it. As long as they don't have a neighboring business that leaves a space-heater on overnight to dry a car, they'll be ok.
