Message	alternator in a TT because it pushes out lower amperage. The TT's have the higher amp alternator for a reason, its to accomodate for the electrical differences between the two cars, such as fuel pump, electronic HICAS on 94-96 TT's. But if you were to put a crazy sound system in an NA, putting a TT alternator in would be a good idea.
