post below, about 3200 lumens is about right. Some kits I've read say 3200 +/- 200 because of the burn in time. The kit will have say (in your case) 3500 lumens for 0-100 hours of operation, then 3200 lumens 100-500 lumens, then 2900 lumens 500-1000 hours of operation... etc. The above is only an example and if I remember correctly, eventually after say 1000 hours of use, it doesn't get any more dim. To you and I, you'll be lucky if you notice a difference. Congrats again and enjoy the visibility.
