Message	in our headlights work out with all these hid bulbs? also am i safe to assume these ballast work on the same technology as ballasts for indoor lighting? if so ive seen many of cheap ballast blow, catch on fire etc etc. sure they are made to contain the fire for the most part if they over heat and burn up but there are always thoes that dont and burn stuff around it.
