Message	Read Bernies write up on the HID he sells. They are the Phillips ballast and are bullet proof. Phillips are one of 2 or 3 companies that manufacture HID's to car makers. That speaks volumes. Rest assured if you bought from China you will get China quality. And we all know what that equals. :Are cheaper ballast such as these known to go bad more often compared to something like phillips? Or are they all the same crap?
