Message	It'll match the green orb by your name. I would go with any authorized dealer of llumar. Its a bit pricier, but its guaranteed for the life of the car. If it bubbles, you just need to take it to any llumar dealer in the US and they will replace it for free. As far as what %, stay within legal limits if it is strickly enforced in your area. I'm sure its not an expensive ticket, but why have any reason to get pulled over in the first place? Me, I am going to go a bit darker than the legal limit, but its to save my brand new interior. I think I want it to be black for a few more years.
