Subject	A guy cliped my car in my apartment complex.

Message	Went driving tonight and noticed a rubbing sound coming from the rear fender on the pasenger side. When I got to my girlfriends house I took a look and there is a huge dent at the top of the fender. It also buckled the metal about six inches back and the lip of the fender is digging into my tire when I hit bumps. So I go back to my apartment and park in the same spot and take a look at the truck that was parked next to me. Sure enough on the F150 front bumper(chrome) there is a rub mark the same size as the rub mark on my car, at the same height. Well the guy that lives next to him was outside (Mexican who spoke very little english) looked at the damage and I asked him if the guy had insurence and he just shruged. Anyway Ill talk to the guy tomorrow and see if he will accept that he did it. If he does not what are my options?
