Message	time when you measure at the exhaust tips it tends to give a leaner A/F. I am not saying this is what is occurring with yours but It's just what I have seen in the past. Get some bungs welded in and take the readings from there next time and definitely don't turn the boost up until you get the A/F straightened out.
