GrassRootsMotorsports has/had a project car, a Miata (it's not Z, but you'll get the picture). They did all sorts fo mods, wheels, shocks, springs, anti-sway bars, etc. One of the last mods they did was to replace all the stock rubber bushings with pieces from Suspension Techniques. They thought it might make the car ride rough, but they said "it wasn't that bad", and that will be the FIRST mod they do on project cars from then on. It really changed the way the car handled, much crisper and precise. for what it's worth.
