Message I placed my order for some parts to replace the worn out ones from front and rear struts assemblies. Order was placed last Thursday 3/16, and my bank account was charged the same day. I paid "2nd day air" for shipping expecting to receive the parts ASAP and complete the replace over the weekend. The very next day, I receive email from them saying that they need to wait for 2 more parts, which should be at their warehouse in one or two business days, before they can ship out the order to me. I wait and wait, still nothing. I call them this morning 03/23 to inquire about the order. They are still waiting for the same parts and expect them today and advise me to call back 03/24 to see if they receive them. What the F*ck are they doing? What the point of paying them "2nd day air" shipping and wait over a week?

IN ONE WORD, COURTESY NISSAN SUCKS! And they are TT.net associates. Shamed on them.
