That's what mine were as well, but when assembled there was absolutely no pre-load on the springs, even with the perches threaded up as high as they would go. This resulted in the car sitting very low at the highest setting, and I never even thought about going any lower. I always just assumed that the springs they sent were the wrong height, but now I wonder if maybe the threaded sleeves they sent me had just been too short?
