Message as aerodynamic limits are approached. This curbs torque and thus lowers HP. Ash seems to have done such a great job improving the flow characteristics of his engine, past the 5252 rpm crossover point, that the hp continues to rise with increasing RPM. Had he not opened it up, he would have had larger pressure drops, resulting in lower charge densities, creating less torque, and thus less HP.
