I started the intake ports on the 2nd head yesterday, and after going at it for a while, I realized I'm going to have to go back over the 1st one that I did. After looking at some other examples, I realized I could do alot more bowl work and come down alot closer to the valve seat. Adjusting the speed of the die grinder also helped out a ton....The bowl work also allowed me to cut down the short-side radius even more. Note the following pictures are not final products, and all of the 'grinder' marks will be smoothed out with 40 grit and 80 grit cartrdige folls. Those posts will follow....

Tonight I will be smoothing them out and probably starting on the exhaust ports.
