Let's see... we did all of the following. Pull engine, degreased it....degreased it some more, new harness with dialectic grease on all the connectors, EGR delete, AIV delete, carbon canister delete, fuel hardline bypass, plenum TB water line bypass, swapped turbos, new gaskets for valve covers, swapped to colder spark plugs, repainted some of the uglier parts of the engine, powerwashed the engine bay, fixed a nail in one tire, threw Royal Purple in the tranny, replaced the PCV hoses, re-ran all new boost line hoses and coolant line as well as bypasses 1 or two, re-installed the engine, put all new fluids in it all around and re-attached everything, re-routed some of hte harness for a cleaner look (ie, PTU, fuse lines, etc.), full leak down test, full diagnostic with the aid of Nprobe, re-adjusting timing to get it running like new. Yeah...lot of work...I am proud of our little team. We did a lot of work in an impressive amount of time. Luis, Waco, Mouser (even though he slacked a bit), Parra, Candy2dr and Luis' late night recovery cupcakes....all did a great job. Luis really gets the MVP though for letting us take over his garage for 3 morning, noons and nights as well as letting Waco and myself crash there to get early starts on everything. Good job guys. *eyes tearing up*
