Message going to lose a significant amount of power thru the converter, and the 400 itself...because of the weight of the rotating parts, and the inability to lock up the converter (compared to an auto TT trans). Getting the converter "tighter" and coupling more positively will give you some MPH back, and load the turbos to a greater degree to allow you to make more boost (I think that is why you are not making the boost you used to, the diminished load on the turbos due to the "slippy" converter as well as the trans' clutches slipping). Your trans shop should be able to add some line or nozzle pressure to make a harder shift and keep the clutches from slipping. If you are interested, and have deep pockets, Precision Industries makes a package that allows for the use of a lock up converter on a TH400....It's really pricey and also requires you to purchase one of their converters. With your converter squared away, you should be able to leave the line under significant (15 psi or more) boost. Sounds like fun. Good luck, Mark
