Message	of your vehicle is stupid. It would be stupid if you didn't ask and your car turned into a fireball at 70 mph on the highway. I have a slight gas smell with my car and have checked every single line, replaced the gas cap, and checked the filter. Still have a smell after it has been sitting in my garage overnight. Check all those things I just mentioned and you should be ok. Take the car to a mechanic if you are still worried. Formerly known as: Alex'sVG30DETT
