| Haven't posted pics of my build up in awhile so figured I would post these. I've had the tb's themselves modded for about a year now, just needed to get the plenum itself finished up. But then I bought a different house last summer and other stuff came up so time for the Z stuff got lost along the way. In hopes to have things ready for zcon I figured I better get this finished up. I had a shop in town do the plenum welding work for me. I would liked to have tried to tackle it myself, but lack of time and tools forced me to look elsewhere. Of all the tools I own, aluminum welding equipement is not one of them :(. They did a great job and had it done in about 3 days. So now it will all be sent off to be polished/repolished. Onto the pics: Modded set up on top, stock on bottom

Difference between stock and the 60mm. Some people measure the front of the tb opening. It's all about the rear opening size.
The work the shop did. Added the material, blended the sides, drilled/tapped/helicoiled the 2 new lower mounting holes. Then I went to work enlarging the opening.
Anyone need a set, lol. I pretty much cleaned out the Denver area. I had to start passing them up as I figured I had enough. The junk yards here always seem to have plenty of the Stanzas and Ultimas. I picked up a few other styles as well for just the parts off them.
And since I'm sending it all off to be polished again, I took the time to clean up the plenum a little. Removed the casting lines that were still showing after the previous polish job. Also removed some of the mounting tabs that I haven't been using (fpr, dampener, fuel hard line). Removed some material where the fuel rail bolts are to make it easier later if I need ot get to them.

Everything is boxed up and ready to be sent off to Kyle. Can't wait to see it all shined up.
