Message	There are no obstructions to the roundness of the hole where it meets the casting - what you are seeing that makes it look like that is the fact that the round tube is matching up with a square bulkhead, and the corners of the bulkhead are more recessed, which gives the appearance that the sides are protruding into the bore, but they aren't.
