Take it to the track, keep the boost down, drive it with street tires until you learn how to drive the car, learn the line, and can focus on how all the variables and inputs work with one another. Hell, you can compensate for under/oversteer with simple tire pressure along with all the other things you mentioned. First things first though. I have to echo what Damon and others have said. Are you prepared to mess up that car if it goes off track? If not, then don't worry so much about the fine tuning of the suspension and all the variables for your first half-dozen track events. Take test rides with El Guapo and others. When you are ready, get some stick tires, mildly adjust the suspension, and drive at 80% for the fun of it. I think you are worrying about this stuff way too far in advance of when you'll actually be ready to consider it. Enjoy the car, and drive it safely. SS

You keep driving Laguna Seca with a video game - I'll drive the corkscrew in my 12 year old Z.
