Message	MPH is generally the preferred measurement for how quick a car is because it doesn't change too drastically if you botch the run in some way. Or rather, you really, really have to have something else going on for it to show anything near a 5-10% drop. His 60's are a tenth (at most) off from his prior runs. As such, it has to be much more than that.
