Message : so, the boost will peak out at say 24psi and then it will hold at 24 psi from 4500rpm till redline. if you're not pumping any more boost in, the hp is not going to rise!

horsepower as the RPMs continue to increase? The engine itself is still effectively an airpump and should be pushing more air/fuel at higher speed even if turbos are at maximum boost pressure, shouldn't it?
