Like zboost says, the downforce at speed is greater than the weight of the car. Of course, upside down, with only 100 lbs of force on the tires, you get very little friction to thrust the car forward (tires will spin, putting very little HP to the upside-down-ground). Air drag slows the car and it will fall after a short distance. But it will be a longer distance than most cars...
