" I'm not sure I understand how to answer that question, so I'll answer a completely different question instead. At altitude you're typically going to have a less dense atmosphere, therefore less oxygen to oxidize the fuel. Your car should not run leaner or richer, the air (oxygen) to fuel ratio should be exactly the same. You're typically going to have less air and less fuel at higher altitudes, the effective ratio should be however be equivalent.
