it cheaply, put on a new t-belt and tensioner, and do a compression test. I would leave off the covers, water pipes, etc., just so you can figure out if they are damaged. Then you can decide if you want to replace the valves and get a valve job, or buy a TT front clip to get some power. Then you can put the new t-belt and tensioner on the new motor, also.
