Message	insurance company would do to my rates. Probably the oldest things I owned were a few odd tools in my box that belonged to my grandfather when he died. Cut my losses, change the locks (again) and move on. Good excuse to buy some mega-Craftsman tool set I guess, next time they go on sale. They left a lot of valuable stuff. Anyone that knows tools would not have done that, they just grabbed my boxes.
