Message	And even if you don't care about passing tech...they are there for a reason. You get into the right accident, those welds break free and you could have a major problem. I would clean it up regardless and use a plate to weld down. The way you have the main hoop doesn't look strong at all and will simply rip loose as opposed to bend (plate).
