| for ~25% of the compressive load during a rollover, the issue to me is more of the strength of the weld and the shear on the lower mounting bolts. Remember, the seat belt bolt goes to the B-pillar, so it essentially attaches to the frame of the car. I will run some calculations also taking into consideration given worse case scenarios.
