Message	you should get it done the way YOU want not the way the bodyshop feels like doing it. Unfortunately, I have been in the same situation and you are at the mercy of the shop to a point. I would ask about the ICs at the very least. They will be responsible if your engine fails due to their lack of attention to detail.
