I am familiar with that process they do. It's not that the process is expensive, but for whatever reason they seem to want to charge an arm and a leg. Would be nice if there was a place out there that could do plastic reflective plating/painting without being horribly expensive. One option I've been kicking around was this reflective chrome paint. I think on the bottle it said it had like 90% the reflective properties of chrome. Me and Luis went to pick up the paint for my engine bay at a local auto paint distributor and had a chance to look at the brochures on it as well. I think it was Mirror Chrome, maybe was the name. I've been meaning to do some test pieces to see how it would look. I have access to a professional booth and everything I need, just need to purchase the actual product and try it out. Maybe this could be another option for some of those out there who want the look of reflective chrome. I think it would attain the look guys are going for at a substantially cheaper price tag. Just a thought. If I ever get a chance to finish up my project, I will probably do it on my own headlights one day.
