Although the chrome headlight insert does give the Z some different aesthetic value, who is chroming the new proposed ABS bezels. The last chrome headlight bezel group buy had a poor quality chrome finish that yellowed and faded under sunlight. I'm hoping whoever came up with this idea can demonstrate some kinda of reliability assurance. FYI, OEM headlight housings are not made from ABS but rather a dense, rigid plastic material almost ceramic-like. Also another FYI, the JSPEC-clone bezel may limit some beam width when retrofitted with HID-compatible projectors that are known for beam width (ie. TSX, S2000). My guess is that Nissan designed the bezel to control unwanted glare from their factory xenon headlamps.
