Message	even if it were to be a graze of the bumper or a nudge in the fender, thats all it takes for an investigation on a hit and run if the person still took off. Now this will probably look bad on him on his insurance because since there were no whitnesses and no second party(the idiot that swerved), in the insurance company's eyes, it was all his fault.
