Message	grade. My parents never wore seatbelts, and they probably still don't today. However, one of my friends was involved in a serious car accident where his dad wrecked his viper (lucky bastard). They were speeding or anything, just some idiot hit them head on. Had he not been wearing his seatbelt, he probably would have been killed. I have not driven a car on the open road without wearing a seatbelt since. I say open road because my Beetle didn't have one when I test drove it and bought it (I was 15, so I wasn't really allowed on the open road without a parent anyway). The first thing I did was buy a seatbelt and install it. Funny thing is my girlfriend says I'm too fast. Go figure ~jonnyz (DC)
