Message	Many car dealers and eBay pros are using the non-binding auction which allows the seller the cancel the auction or refuse to sell after the auction for any reason, including to low of a price, a sale offline, changed your mind, etc.... And it keeps you from being caught as a shill bidder, eBay can match IP addresses, assumming the seller uses the same computer and different ebay screen names.
