Message coeffient of heat transfer meaning the metal absorbs more energy and holds that energy longer. Think of it as resistance to thermal change. You would have to hold the flame longer to a copper stick than an aluminum one. So, it would work good in using a water to air design b/c you would be cycling that water out and cooling it. but if only air to air, it would heat sink fairly quickly. At least thats what i think.
